Asim Chauhan, President & CEO
As the President and CEO of Infosun, Mr. Chauhan is focused on building a next-generation global Information technology company with focus on helping companies leverage the technology to build Integrated Enterprises. As the President and CEO, Mr. Chauhan is responsible for building the Infosun’s vision and guiding the company's strategy.

Mr. Chauhan has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry working with companies such AT&T, AMEX and the Federal Government. His extensive management experience and his passion and commitment to changing the industry have been driving factors in the success of Infosun.

Keith Hall, Executive Vice President
Keith Hall is an entrepreneur with over 20 years experience with enterprise software. Keith has participated in the successful development of four technology startups as an owner, executive, and management consultant. He specializes in developing intellectual property from thought to market to provide unique value to medium and large organizations working in complex operating environments. As the founder and CEO of Case Masters, Keith was a pioneer in developing software using component-based techniques. He was a contributing member of the Sterling Software (now a part of Computer Associates) Customer Advisory Board, and instrumental in creation of the CBD-96 and CBD-98 standards. His expertise has also been utilized in the development of application frameworks, portals, meta-data repositories, and middleware solutions.

Pradeep Reddy (Managing Director, Indian Operations)
Mr. Reddy is the Managing Director of Infosun’s worldwide offshore operations. He is widely recognized as one of the pioneer of the Information Technology revolution in India. He has been at the forefront of Information Technology in India since 1982. His career spans over 25 years and three continents. Mr. Reddy is a proven information technology innovator who knows how to drive productivity and produce results using the offshore model.

Mr. Reddy started his career at the Carnegie- Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, where he headed the Hardware Group at PERQ Systems, a pioneer in commercial workstations, before returning to India. Mr. Reddy occupied senior positions at OMC Computers in India, where he helped develop pioneering CAD/CAM and simulation products. Mr. Reddy headed OMC when it grew to a 400+ person company and an acknowledged leader in CAD/CAM.

Gary J. Meyer (Senior Vice President )
Mr. Meyer is senior vice president and head of Infosun Management Consulting practice.

Mr. Meyer has 20 years of experience in management consulting & operations for the financial services industry. He has pioneered a modeling technique called AIM that helps companies analyze complex financial service operations that achieve new performance improvement results. Prior to joining Infosun, Mr. Meyer was the president & CEO of Orientpoint Consulting group, where he served clients such as AIG, Citigroup, Chubb, Willis Croon, AMEX and others. Mr. Meyer has also served as Chief Administrative/Operations Officer of the Willis Croon northeast region, where he reported to the CEO and managed brokerage services, accounting, HR and IT. Before, Willis Croon, Mr. Meyer served as Vice President, at Marsh & McLennan.

Mr. Meyer holds a BA from University of Maryland and completed advanced studies in insurance and financial service products at The American College. He also held a New York P&C Brokers, Life & Health Insurance and Securities licenses.

Jason Broom, Marketing Director
Jason Broom is a Marketing Director of Infosun. Prior to Infosun, Mr. Broom served as Marketing Director and head of Market Research at Backsoft Corporation. Mr. Broom joined Backsoft in 1998 and developed a global marketing strategy for selling enterprise software to Global 2000 companies. Mr. Broom contributed to Backsoft earning the distinction of a "Top 100 Companies to watch in 2001" by ComputerWorld, as well as winning numerous awards for initiatives surrounding the marketing of Backsoft.

Mr. Broom has experience advising technology related companies on marketing and product development, and has assisted in numerous transactions related to mergers & acquisitions and private placements of equity.
